The room was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast didn't have many options and started to late. Would've liked a 6 o'clock start to breakfast.
On the beach
I was lied to about my AAA discount. Not sure if this is fixed yet!!! 2nd shift seemed lazy did not want to help me with refund of dolphins cruise due to weather. Pool was nasty
The location was amazing! Right across from the Clay Center. The downtown area had food in walking distance.
They made a mistake with the room number in their system and suddenly my door opened and another guest tried to get in. Not acceptable! Luckily, I was there and dressed.
Poor staff , messy hotel , no blankets , no ice , no vending , no breakfast , etc . I am planning to stop payment on my CC
The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. They have windows that actually open which is rare, but very nice.
The hotel is very old and only one elevator was working. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and does not have their continental breakfast available.
It was off freeway easy to get to. The staff was friendly.
The pool was closed, there wasn't a breakfast, there were no vending machines, the room was not clean, the bathroom toilet didn't flush right. They were remodeling but was very inconvienient for customers.
Breakfast options limited. Pool closed. Was told couldn't pay through Booked.net. Options were to contact Booked.net(at 730 pm) or pay for a room.
They did not have any record of my reservation. I would have been very upset with YOU if they had not had an available room!!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the pillows on the bed and the bed itself was comfortable, as long as you like soft mattresses. The location is dead-center of town and easily spotted, even if it confuses your GPS how to get to it. Josh at the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional.
Strangely enough, i didn't like the toilet. It was so low to the ground (I am 6'2") my legs folded up and actually went to sleep! There were any number of SMALL things, but I would hope those are being addressed as the property is undergoing a renovation/new owners.
Staff was friendly, hotel is dated. Our window was so old we couldn't even see out of it. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Pretty much nothing except location
Mold in BR, cracked tiles, worn out toilet seat, A/C cycles on - off all night - never cooled. Breakfast included (but t you have to go next door to the Best Western to get it. Only one of two elevators operational. 1 bath towel and two washcloths in room. Went for more - no hand towels available (only six cars in parking lot?). The most uncomfortable)worn out) mattress I've slept on in 20 years. 1 plastic cup (only). No others. Lighting at sink too dim to see.
No blanket No cups for coffee
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the room. Had to go next door to the Best Western for breakfast in the rain. The windows are frosted from age and could not see out.
There's free breakfast.
I had to pay for Internet even though it's suppose to be free.
